Located in downtown Playa del Carmen, Downtown Playa Villa’s location is walking distance to all Playa has to offer! The tropical white sand beaches where you can find lively beach clubs are just a few minutes walk. The lively Quinta Avenida (5th Avenue), where you will find the city’s best restaurants, bars, nightlife and shopping, is just one block away. 

The villa itself consists of three levels, each level including three bedrooms (with king and queen beds and ensuite baths), terraces and a small kitchenette. The ground level includes a large kitchen where groups can gather around the large dining table and enjoy meals together. The large backyard area is accompanied with a lavish private swimming pool, offering the ideal moment to relax. In the evening take it to the rooftop and enjoy the beautiful terrace where you can watch the sun set.

Housekeeping is included daily, while private chefs can be coordinated for an additional cost.
