What’s included in a typical Tulum BACH concierge package?+

A standard engagement includes villa sourcing and booking assistance, full itinerary design with day-by-day schedule, vendor coordination (experiences, chef, transport, decor), budget tracking, and on-ground support throughout the trip. The exact scope depends on your trip — we customize every engagement. No two BACH weekends are the same.

Do we actually need a planner for Tulum, or can we DIY it?+

You can DIY it. Many groups do. The ones who hired us after trying to DIY it themselves consistently say the same thing: the time saved was worth more than the fee, and the vendors we work with aren’t accessible any other way. If your group has 10+ people, a 3-day itinerary, and wants more than one organized experience — a planner is not a luxury, it’s the thing that makes the trip actually work.

Yes — most of our trips are for groups of 12–25. We have villa inventory and experience formats that work for large groups. Large groups are our specialty, not our exception.

How far in advance should I book a Tulum bachelorette?+

We recommend reaching out 3–6 months before your trip, especially for peak months (January–April and October–November). The best villas and experiences book out quickly, and the earlier we start, the more options you have.

How much does a Tulum bachelorette planner cost?+

When you book a villa in our collection, there is no planning fee as the way we are compensated is through your villa rental. However, when you book a villa on your own, our concierge planning fee starts at $350 for groups of 7 and scales with trip complexity and group size. This covers consultation, full itinerary design, vendor coordination, and on-ground support. Villa, experiences, chef, and transportation costs are separate and priced by vendor — we provide a full budget breakdown before you commit to anything.
