What Is a Los Cabos Bachelorette Planner?
A Los Cabos bachelorette planner is a concierge who handles every detail of your group’s Cabo trip — villa selection, private chef bookings, catamaran and yacht charters, spa experiences, and on-ground coordination — so the bride and her group can celebrate instead of manage logistics. The Beach Planner has run this exact playbook in Mexico since 2017, across 500+ group trips.

What Makes The Beach Planner Different
Most Cabo “concierge” listings are booking agents working off a commission — they point you toward whoever pays them, not whoever fits your group. We work exclusively for you.
- Multi-destination coverage: Tulum, Playa del Carmen, Soliman Bay, and Los Cabos — we’re the only concierge planning across all four. Your group doesn’t have to pick a destination based on who happens to cover it.
- Proprietary experiences: Our private sunset catamaran takeovers, desert-to-ocean spa itineraries, and villa healing packages aren’t listed on TripAdvisor. We built them, we run them, and they’re only available through The Beach Planner.
- White-glove planning: Recommendations are built around your group’s size, budget, and vibe — not a fixed package we push on everyone.
- Media-verified: Town & Country and Elle have both featured The Beach Planner as a reference for Mexico luxury group travel. That’s editorial recognition, not a marketing claim.
The Problem with DIY Los Cabos BACH Planning
The group chat has been open for weeks. Someone found a villa listing with a stunning ocean view and no mention of the 40-minute drive to the marina. Someone else booked a “private” boat that turns out to be a shared tour. Nobody’s confirmed a chef, so night one turns into a scramble for a table for fourteen. The bride is stressed and the maid of honor is doing a second job she never signed up for.
Cabo photographs like paradise — the arch, the infinity pools, the desert sunsets over the water — but every one of those perfect moments took a full day of coordination nobody sees: captain confirmations, chef sourcing, backup plans when the surf’s too rough for the boat, a local contact who actually picks up the phone. Most groups spend their first day in Cabo fixing what a single planning call could have handled.
We know which villas actually deliver on their photos, and which ones oversell the view. We have the boat captains, chefs, and spa contacts that took a decade to build. Handing your one bachelorette weekend to a rental listing and a guide you found on Instagram is the expensive way to learn what a planner is actually for.
What We Handle
Everything. Specifically:
- Villa Selection & Booking — Clifftop and beachfront properties in Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo, matched to your group size (8–30), dates, and budget. We’ve stayed in, inspected, and vetted every property we recommend.
- Experience Curation — Private sunset catamaran and yacht charters · desert spa and wellness days · tequila and mezcal tastings · glass-bottom boat rides to El Arco · custom villa decor and balloon installations · beach club cabana takeovers.
- Private Chef Booking — Full-day or multi-day private chef service with custom menus, from Baja-style seafood to plant-based tasting menus, matched to your group’s taste.
- Transportation — Private SUVs from the airport, villa transfers, marina runs, and nights out. Nobody’s negotiating a taxi in the desert at midnight.
- On-Ground Coordination — A Beach Planner team member is reachable throughout your trip. Boat delayed, weather shifts, a reservation falls through — we handle it in real time.
- Bachelorette Setup & Decor — Villa arrival decor, custom welcome bags, photo-op setups with the Sea of Cortez as the backdrop, and personalized touches for the bride.
How It Works
- Submit Your Inquiry — Tell us your dates, group size, and what kind of trip you’re imagining. No forms, no commitment — just a starting point.
- Video Call Consultation — A 30-minute call with the bride or maid of honor to map your group’s vibe, budget, and must-haves. We bring villa options and experience ideas built around your preferences.
- We Handle Everything — Once confirmed, we build your full itinerary, coordinate every vendor, and send a trip brief before you fly. Your only job is to show up.
What Our Groups Say
“We’d never been to Cabo and had no idea where to even start. The Beach Planner picked a villa above the water that looked exactly like the photos — no surprises. The sunset catamaran was the highlight of the whole trip.” — Maid of Honor, group of 12, Cabo San Lucas February 2026
“Every detail was handled before we landed. I didn’t book a single thing myself and the bride said it was the most relaxed she’d felt in months.” — Bride, group of 16, San José del Cabo November 2025
FAQ
How much does a Los Cabos bachelorette planner cost?
When you book a villa in our collection, there’s no separate planning fee — we’re compensated through the villa rental. If you book a villa on your own, our concierge planning fee starts at $350 for groups of 7 and scales with trip complexity and group size. Villa, experiences, chef, and transportation costs are separate and priced by vendor — we provide a full budget breakdown before you commit to anything.
How far in advance should I book a Los Cabos bachelorette?
We recommend reaching out 3–6 months ahead, especially for peak months (November–April). The best villas and boats book out quickly, and starting early gives your group more options.
Can you plan a Los Cabos bachelorette for 15 or more people?
Yes — most of our trips run 12–25 people. We have villa inventory and experience formats built specifically for larger groups. Large groups are our specialty, not our exception.
What’s included in a typical Los Cabos BACH package?
A standard engagement includes villa sourcing and booking assistance, full itinerary design, vendor coordination (experiences, chef, transport, decor), budget tracking, and on-ground support throughout the trip. Every engagement is customized to the group — no two BACH weekends look the same.
Do we actually need a planner for Cabo, or can we DIY?
You can DIY it, and plenty of groups do. The ones who call us after trying it themselves say the same thing every time: the fee was smaller than what they wasted on a bad villa or a boat that fell through, and our vendor relationships aren’t bookable any other way. For a crew of 10+ running 3+ days with more than one experience booked, a planner isn’t overkill — it’s what makes the trip work.
What if something goes wrong during the trip?
We’re reachable throughout your trip via WhatsApp and have local contacts across Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo. A delayed boat, a reservation falling through, a last-minute change — we handle it in real time so nobody in your group has to fix it themselves.

The best Los Cabos bachelorette weekends don’t happen by accident. They’re designed — villa by villa, experience by experience — by people who know this destination and know your group.
