The Bicoastal Beach Planner Club — For Guests Who’ve Done Both Coasts
The Bicoastal Beach Planner Club is our nickname for guests who’ve trusted us with two completely different trips — one on the Riviera Maya, one in Los Cabos. No card, no points, no fine print. Just a growing list of groups who loved their first trip enough to come back for round two, on the other coast.
No commitment — just a quick conversation about what’s next.
What Is the Bicoastal Beach Planner Club?
The Bicoastal Beach Planner Club is an informal title for The Beach Planner’s returning guests who’ve booked trips on both of Mexico’s top coasts — the Riviera Maya (Tulum, Playa del Carmen, Soliman Bay) and Los Cabos. Because we run curated villa collections and custom itinerary planning in both regions, we’re one of the only concierges that can plan a guest’s first trip and their second — wherever it lands.
The Concept
Most groups pick a coast, have an unbelievable trip, and assume that’s the whole story. Then six months later, a different friend gets engaged. Or the same crew wants something new. Or one half of a couple wants Tulum and the other wants Cabo — and somehow, that actually works out fine.
That’s where the Bicoastal Club comes in. We’ve planned enough two-coast trips for the same people that it stopped feeling like a coincidence and started feeling like a pattern worth naming. It’s not a formal membership — it’s just our way of celebrating the guests who’ve experienced The Beach Planner on both sides of Mexico, and the fact that we’re set up to make that happen without missing a beat.
Because we offer curated villa collections and custom itinerary planning in both the Riviera Maya and Los Cabos, we’re uniquely positioned to take a group from one coast to the other — same level of care, same on-ground team mentality, completely different scenery.

Who’s in the Club?
A few patterns keep showing up:
- Friend groups who loved one destination and want to try something new. They did Tulum two years ago and now they’re curious what Cabo’s dramatic cliffs and beach clubs feel like — or vice versa.
- Bachelor and bachelorette parties that split across coasts. The groom’s crew heads to one destination, the bride’s crew to the other, and both groups get the full Beach Planner treatment at the same time.
- Families who’ve done Tulum and are ready for a different kind of Mexican luxury — or families who started in Cabo and want the laid-back, jungle-meets-beach energy of the Riviera Maya next.
Brandon & Danielle: The Bicoastal Club in Action

This one is the textbook example.
Brandon’s bachelor party landed at Another Level of Luxury in Soliman Bay — a beachfront villa tucked into one of the Riviera Maya’s most pristine coves, just 20km north of Tulum. The property sleeps up to 22 guests across two independent homes, with a private pool, rooftop, private chef, butler, and direct beach access. It’s one of our most-booked villas, and for good reason.
At the same time, on the other coast, his fiancée Danielle was celebrating her bachelorette at Villa Descanso in El Pedregal, Cabo — ocean views, dramatic cliffs, and that unmistakable Cabo backdrop framing the whole weekend.

Here’s the part we still talk about: both groups ended up at Taboo on the same night. One crew in Tulum, one in Cabo. Same energy, different coast, total coincidence. It’s the kind of moment that sums up exactly what the Bicoastal Club is about — two unforgettable trips, two coasts, one trusted planner making sure both sides of the wedding party had the time of their lives.
What Makes This Possible
A lot of concierges specialize in one place. We don’t.
- We run curated villa collections on both coasts — from Soliman Bay’s quiet luxury to El Pedregal’s cliffside drama — so switching destinations doesn’t mean switching planners or starting from scratch.
- One point of contact for both trips. If your group is split across two bachelor/bachelorette parties, two family trips, or a “let’s do it again somewhere new” return visit, you’re working with the same team who already knows how you like things done.
- Custom itinerary planning in both regions, built the same way every time — villas, private chefs, transportation, and experiences curated around your group, not a one-size-fits-all package.
If you’re curious what a coast-specific trip looks like first, our Tulum Bachelorette Planner and Los Cabos Bachelorette Planner pages break down what’s included on each side.

Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should we book a second trip?
The same timeline as a first trip — ideally 4–6 weeks out for villas and private experiences, especially during high season (December–April). Returning guests often have an easier time locking in dates since we already know their group’s preferences.
Is Tulum or Los Cabos better for a group trip?
It depends on the vibe you’re after. Tulum and the Riviera Maya lean jungle-meets-beach with cenotes and a laid-back energy; Los Cabos brings dramatic cliffs, desert-meets-ocean scenery, and a different kind of beach club scene. Many groups end up wanting both — just not always at the same time.
Does The Beach Planner cover both Tulum and Los Cabos?
Yes. We offer curated villa collections and custom itinerary planning across the Riviera Maya (Tulum, Playa del Carmen, Soliman Bay) and Los Cabos, all coordinated through the same team.
Can a bachelor party and bachelorette party be planned on two different coasts at the same time?
Yes — this is one of the most common Bicoastal Club setups. We’ve planned a groom’s bachelor party in Soliman Bay and the bride’s bachelorette in Cabo’s El Pedregal during the same weekend, each with its own villa, schedule, and experiences.
Do I have to book both coasts to work with The Beach Planner?
Not at all. Most guests start with one trip on one coast. The Bicoastal Club just describes what happens naturally when a group loves their first trip and comes back for a second one somewhere new.
What is the Bicoastal Beach Planner Club?
It’s an informal title we use for guests who’ve booked two trips with us on Mexico’s two coasts — the Riviera Maya and Los Cabos. There’s no application or membership fee. If you’ve planned a trip with us on both coasts, you’re already in it.
Ready for Round Two?
