Many outside areas are nestled throughout the property. Perched at the front of the property with incredible views of the beach, guests of this villa have a private seaside pool as well as access to the large communal pool. The villa is equipped with a spacious kitchen and dining area for casual dining and socializing, in addition to the 7 bedrooms. Two of the upstairs bedrooms have king sized beds, ensuite bathrooms with showers, doors that open to a private upper deck, and stunning sea views. Bedroom 3 has a double bed, built in bunk beds, and an ensuite bathroom with shower. Bedroom 4 consists of a queen bed with a private shower and vanity in the room and access to a shared bathroom on the second floor. Bedroom 5 is on the main floor with a king bed, ensuite bathroom with shower. 

Bedroom 6 and 7 are on the top floor and have a separate entrance. These can also be rented separately as Tulum Beachfront Penthouse for 6.
